5 Effective Ways to Lose Weight

Most of us think that weight loss is something that takes too hard to do over. In fact, some of us are going nuts on how to lose our big tummy fat and others. Here’s what i found. There are effective ways to lose weight available. We just didn’t think that it is. All we need to do are recognize them and use them to our advantage.

Doing hard exercises and ignoring bunch of foods you love doesn’t burns fat like people say it does. But it’s true that you have to work hard to gain something bigger. There are bunch of ways to lose your weight .You can select which one you want to follow and which one you don’t.


Here’s what I knew that are so effective in losing weight.

    1. Sleep well. If you’re not getting the sleep your body needs, you won’t drop much fat. Working all day long makes us tired and stress doesn’t gives us the perfect sleep. So don’t let those things come between you and your sleep. Be relaxed before going to bed.
    2. Don’t eat just before getting sleep. Wait at least 3 hours after having dinner. If you go to bed on an empty stomach, you are more likely to weigh less when you wake up. If you don’t have food in your stomach overnight, you won’t wake up with undigested food in your system.
    3. Drink lots of water. Water will help cleaning up toxins from your system. Remember, at least drink 8 glass of water every day.
    4. Try to avoid carbohydrates. It takes to long to digest more complex carbohydrates like starches. Even your body cannot digest cellulose, which is a very complex carbohydrate. And as a result, you will weigh more in the morning. Also carbohydrate absorbs water and some carbohydrates converts to fat even after they are digested. So you will like to avoid them especially on dinner table.

      Drink Green Tea. One of the most effective things that boost your metabolism is green tea. It helps you to burn calories more effectively. Drinking it 3 or 4 cups daily, will help you a lot and especially before going to bed. Maybe it’s not enough but it adds up.

These are the 5 effective ways to lose weight that i know. I am doing this too.
